1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Twidddle application and website (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

In no event shall Twidddle or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials from the Twidddle application, even if Twidddle or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing in the Twidddle application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Twidddle does not warrant that any of the materials in the Twidddle application are accurate, complete, or current. You grant Twidddle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you create.
